He’s been warned that if the company can’t make savings on their transport costs then they’ll be likely to make some people redundant, so he is under some pressure.

Drive more sensibly and save fuel
Thursday, April 9th, 2009Most of us have to watch our outgoings nowadays and one fairly major expense is running our cars. The price of petrol seems to be forever going up and so there are a few rules we can follow to help save on fuel.
One thing many of us are guilty of at times is putting our foot down when we accelerate. If you drive an automatic it is best to accelerate at a moderate speed in order to give the transmission time to shift to the higher gears. Also if you accelerate and brake right away this is a big waste of petrol.
Find Your Next Vehicle at a Police Auto Auction
Tuesday, April 7th, 2009Getting a good deal on a used vehicle is now easier than ever for most people. You should consider getting your next vehicle at a police auto auction.
Each year, at various locations all across the country, police stations hold an auction. The purpose of this sale is to get rid of the inventory that has accumulated in their storage compounds. Police departments tend to accumulate large amounts of unclaimed or seized items. This usually includes cars, vans, trucks and even boats. The majority of these automobiles are auctioned off to the highest bidder.
The Economical Saturn Car
Tuesday, April 7th, 2009Affordability is the main feature of the vehicles in the Saturn car family produced by General Motors; the Saturn collection includes family cars, SUVs, regular vehicles and minivans. The market advantage brought by a Saturn car is realized in the fuel consumed and the affordablility when making the purchase. This manufacturing strategy was adopted by General Motors as a strategic move to gain market preminence over thier toughest competitors: the Japanese automotive manufacturers. Thus, General Motors started to sell low-priced Saturn car models at the beginning of the 1990s.
The Best Ka By Far!
Tuesday, April 7th, 2009So what’s the cheapest new Ford money can buy? Pat on the back if you answered Ford Ka, shake of the head if you didn’t (the answers even in the article title!) Yes after a staggering 13 years, the Ka is still going strong, but now it’s had a makeover…
To coin a well ploughed phrase ‘if it ain’t broke don’t fix it’ and to be honest despite its advancing years the old Ka didn’t look dated and still drove the wheels off the competition. I used to drive the Ka when I didn’t fancy taking the coupe for a spin and always found it a riot, with the 1.3 litre engine pulling a car that weighed as much as a bag of sugar along at a fair pace. Even though it was bubble shaped it still handled well, even if the skinny tyres started to let go if you were overeager.
A Look at Some Cars of the Future
Sunday, April 5th, 2009
My car is getting quite old lately, I have had it since I first passed my driving test over five years ago, the ford fiesta has done me well, it sometimes reminds me of a warrior because it just goes on and on and it never lets me down. But as of late the whole body work has started getting a little rusty.
If Your Looking For a Great Price On a Car Try Public Auto Auctions
Saturday, April 4th, 2009People love to find terrific deals and great ways to save money when they are thinking about making a purchase. When it comes to buying a vehicle, finding a deal that shaves a percentage or two off the price can result in a savings of hundreds of dollars. A public auto auction provides some excellent opportunities for being able to pick up a super deal on a used car.
However, if you are thinking about going to a car auto auction for the first time to get a new vehicle for the family, then you do not want to go to the event without the proper knowledge and preparation. Without understanding the process and being properly prepared before going to motor car auctions, you could actually end up getting yourself into a bad deal and spending more money than if you had just shopped at a traditional car dealership.

You might not think so at first but a Razor electric scooter really is a great type of transportation. A Razor electric scooter is specially made for short distances and that may seem silly but in fact it is very smart to design a scooter for distances that are too far to walk and not long enough to warrant the use of your car. There are different types of Razor electric scooters, there are types that are specially designed for children and teens and there are Razor electric scooters you can sit on and that can be used by everybody.
