A Brief History of Porsche

Ferdinand Porsche was an automobile engineer with more than a thousand patents to his name, and played an important role in the development of airplanes and the development of tanks for the Wehrmacht too. In the 1920s he was allocated chief engineer at Mercedes-Benz in Stuttgart and later set up his own engineering workshop. There he designed, among other things, the Volkswagen. He acted as chief of operations at the plant where the Volkswagen was made, Wolfsburg, and at the end of the war he was interned by the Allies.

Porcsche Refined. The 911 GT3

What Porsche has to offer for 2010 is the 911 GT3. This car has been long awaited by Porsche fans and was presented at the Geneva Motor Show in March. The vehicle won`t be available for purchase until October of 2009. For now the photos and test results are enough.

Plenty of Changes

The GT3 is not an entirely new model, rather it`s a revamped version of a previous Porsche 911. The original did enough to impress the folk at CAR magazine in 2007 to be named the best ever Porsche.

Mercedes-Benz E-class Coupe. The Clk renamed

A long way from the 1980’s Mercedes E-class, the 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-class Coupe is a work of art and will soon be the prize possession for a lucky few. Although the coupe has speed it is more of a gt than a sports car. It’s no match for the smaller and less pricey machines. E-Class coupe is an improvement from the CLK with improved handling and all round luxuries.
