When it comes to rim customization, it is said that bigger is better. With the recent explosion of SUVs and freightliner vans in the market, it is not surprising to know that plus-sizing instantly became one of the most sought-after auto improvements today. Plus-sizing is a practice wherein a vehicle’s tires and wheels are changed to larger sizes, while compensating with the reductions in some of their size aspects. With this customization, the new set of plus size wheels take the same diameter and circumference size of the original wheel fitments so as not to affect the functionality of the vehicle’s torque, traction control and speedometer accuracy.
